Sépia

After a long stay in Marseille, in the Michelin-starred kitchens of Gérald Passédat and Alexandre Mazzia, Lucie Berthier Gembara opened this lovely little restaurant in the heart of the Feydeau District in June 2019. A lover of seafood (Sépia refers to cuttlefish) and the beautiful vegetables provided by Olivier Durand and Alice Ménard, she concocts a cuisine full of vivacity, freshness, balance and sunshine. Also worth noting: Charles’s smiling welcome.

Examples of main courses:

Green asparagus with Parmesan crisps, marinated egg and a tangy emulsion
Fresh catch of the day with a soft butter spread and roasted broccoli, black gnocchi, tangy squash and saffron sabayon
Pineapple and coriander with citrus fruit shortbread, black sesame ice cream and a matcha–chocolate tuile

Practical informations:

Lunch: M T W T F S S / €17 / €21
Dinner: M T W T F S S / €34 / €39
Handicapped person can access to the room and the toilets.
