“This is the here and now.” It could be said that the gallivanting chef Xavier Rambaud has finally laid down his bags to take his place at the helm of Les Chemins d’Alexandre, bringing a punch of freshness and brightness to the place. After stints at several Michelin-starred restaurants, he has chosen “Ici” to put diners to the test with his modern, technical cuisine that’s both lively and sans pretension, and where each ingredient (can you say local!) miraculously takes “its rightful place”.
