Following in the footsteps of his first “bistro without a label”, L’Instinct Gourmand, Sylvain Le Bras has now opened a second restaurant in the historic Rue Kervégan. The chef’s cuisine is a little more of a cross between bistro and gastronomic, without skimping on culinary standards or produce. His signature dishes are a blend of sincerity and tradition, always coming with a twist and beautiful presentation. The light-bathed dining room and the small terrace are both charming places to dine.
