Behind its Art Deco façade, a revamped, black and gold industrial-chic décor combines velvet seats, crystal chandeliers, a metal balustrade and a glass canopy. Taken over in the summer of 2020 by Julie and Jonathan, this new Select offers modern, exotically inspired brasserie-style cuisine using fresh, seasonal ingredients. In the evening, the restaurant transforms into a cocktail bar (with classics or mixological creations) with lovely tapas to share. Or not!
