The Pérou family has transformed this well-known establishment in the Cité des Congrès district into an elegant family-run brasserie, with powder pink and gold hues, curves, velvet, marbled tables and a very nice conservatory. Supervised by Michelin-star chef Mathieu Pérou, Clémentine Lecommandeur has created a neo-brasserie menu where classics are given a contemporary twist, and the sourcing is as meticulous as ever.
