The interior also reflects the commitment to fine dining, with a soft, luminous décor, designed by architects Les Rapporteuses. Every day, chef Maxime Fillaut (previously of La Mare aux Oiseaux and Le Clarence) creates an elegant and minimalist cuisine, without forgetting the generosity that characterises the duo at the helm.
