This heavenly little place on the Butte Sainte-Anne, with its turquoise-green façade, old pharmacy cabinets, bistro furniture and tiled floor, is the creation of the young female chef Marine Coëspel. With experience behind the stove of many a restaurant in Nantes, she excels here, with well-executed local and in-season dishes, with some daring and very convincing combinations of flavours. She also does scandalous afternoon treats and Sunday brunch, for which reservation is strongly recommended.
