After creating the local bakery shop Marguerite Boulangerie du Coin, François-Xavier Lot decided to take over the premises across the street to expand into the eatery and coffee shop business. In this annex, the team creates seasonal, locally sourced and sophisticated bakery-shop cuisine. So what can you expect? Sandwiches, bao buns, grilled cheese, waffles and other savoury brioche buns with fantastic flavour, texture and colour. Make sure you don’t miss the pastries for a deliciously sweet finale.
