At the stove, Achour Belayel, a young chef, delivers sumptuous cuisine to satisfy the most discerning gourmets – dishes are cooked to perfection, divinely flavoured and beautifully presented. Excellent terroir produce is at the base of everything. Terrific wines from France and abroad, and impeccable service.
