This grand mansion’s cozy atmosphere is partly due to its décor: a stone staircase, crown mouldings, four dining rooms, white tablecloths… Owners Denis and Marie-Jeanne Janneau, and chef Romain Olart offer bistronomiquecuisine that is bursting with flavour, and perfectly in line with the seasons, boosted by heaps of creativity. For libations, there’s an extensive wine cellar with notes of Burgundy and fine muscadets (which you can also take home from the wine shop). More than enough to forget the car dealerships around it!
