At this café within Nantes’ social economy incubator the Solilab, you can enjoy the cuisine of chef Manon Texier, who is extremely active in the local small-scale farming network. With its cosmopolitan, vegetarian offering that changes every day, this laidback cafeteria-style eatery has built up a loyal following with its single set menu and outstanding value for money.
