Having cut her teeth in the kitchen at Le Brocéliande, Tessy Baddy’s sunny cuisine can now be enjoyed at her very own place in the Zola neighbourhood. In her bistro and wine and tapas bar – which has quickly become a lively hub on Place Saint-Clair – the chef creates superbly presented dishes with a distinct Mediterranean and Levantine flavour. Bistro-style set menu at lunchtime and dishes to share in the evening, accompanied by an excellent wine list and a regular programme of events (workshops, artist residencies, musical performances, etc.)
White asparagus, black garlic mousseline, kadaïf
Herb-crusted rolled pork belly, smoked beetroot, pink ketchup
Pompon dessert: rhubarb and black caraway
