This contemporary French-style diner and pioneer of Nantes’ high-quality burger scene, has been going for over 10 years now. The Dubrown recipe? “No bullshit, just burgers”, with home-made fries and potato buns (baked in their workshop just across the road), French-raised meat and local ingredients.
