Partially renewed every year, the eyes of a culinary designer crosses those of a scientist, the gardener questions a gourmet \u00ab Ma\u00eetre Capello \u00bb! Twenty sharp mouths, analize and debate for months about the quality of a cooking or a seasoning, a courteous or disappointing welcoming, a sublime wine menu or failed agreements\u2026<\/p>\n

This joyful academy, sometimes stormy, always honest, seeks to visit all the establishments that wished to participate to \u201cLes Tables de Nantes\u201d by returning an application form in good timing. To develop the selection, the jury is based on an evaluation grid whose criterias are:

\n\u2013 The culinary expertise, respect of products, proposals originality,
\n\u2013 The enhancement of Loire wines and especially wines from Nantes (Muscadet, Gros Plant, Coteaux d\u2019Ancenis and Fiefs Vend\u00e9ens)

Nantes winegrowers are talented and restaurateurs are proud to work with them and offer their wines to enhance their dishes. Les Tables de Nantes support this process of promoting local products, by highlighting the most fervent defenders of Muscadet thanks to the \u201cI Love Muscadet\u201d<\/em> distinction.<\/p>\n

The “I Love Muscadet”<\/em> badge indicates the establishments in the selection which offer at least 5 Muscadets on their wine list. Signage to be found on the site, in the paper guide and affixed to restaurant windows.<\/p>\n\n\n
