Building on the success of his first location on Île Feydeau, Pascal Roy, with his daughter Charlotte, has opened this bistro in the heart of cheerful Rue Fouré. Amidst a tasteful, rococo-inspired decor, the menu, like for Totum Cantine, is 100% organic, plant-based and gluten-free, with original, colourful and tasty creations that (apart from the burger and the seasonal bowl) change every week.
