The ever inventive and hyper-active Alexandre Challerie likes concepts that are clear-cut. Having mastered en papillote (Papill’), he’s now attacking the skewer with this tiny restaurant. Salmon, pork, chicken, veggies and more are marinated then fired-up on the grill. Each is a nod to the wonderful street food found around the world and accompanied by a garnish and salad.
