Finger-licking delights await at this micro street-food corner created by Lucie Berthier Gembara (also of Sépia). It serves six types of hot dogs to eat in at the venue’s one and only table – or to take away – and a selection of sides made with top-notch local products, like the brioche-style breads from Maison Arlot Cheng and bacon-wrapped frankfurters or beef sausages. And everything comes with a smile too!
The Coachella veggie dog: pan-fried halloumi, pickled onions & cream cheese
The Big Lebowski: bacon wrapped pork and veal sausage, slow-roasted chilli, spicy ketchup & chilli pickle
