Everybody loves coming to this theatrical, velvet-lined restaurant, with its greyish tones, spangled with purple polka dots. At night, the atmosphere becomes that of an elegant lady’s boudoir, where tiny and refined prix-fixe dinners await. The noteworthy among them are homemade duck foie gras, rhubarb and ginger chutney, and Modena balsamic ice cream; plancha-grilled filet of sea bass, vanilla-infused sauce vierge “cappuccino,” braised fennel with tomato and a mappemonde made with 3 types of chocolate.
