A rarity, a prototype, dare we say an experiment! Nantes has indeed been chosen as the test site for the cannery La Belle-Îloise to launch this unique and innovative concept: a gourmet restaurant centred on canned fish, enhanced by carefully selected fresh ingredients. The result is tasty tapas, burgers and other classic seafood (or not) dishes that have been completely re-imagined (and far beyond spreads for toast!). Lovely ocean decor.
