Hall St-Lazare

Whether you’re a city dweller or you live in the suburbs, this new gastropub in Loroux-Bottereau is worth the trip. The beautiful setting (former town hall), equipped with two dining rooms in grey tones and a terrace overlooking a stunning tree-lined square, has opted for discretion and finesse. You will feast on scallop and turnip carpaccios, with passion fruit, market-fresh vegetables and sprouts; smoked salmon and eel; pressé (terrine) of duck confit, and more.

Mi-cuit duck foie gras with cacao and emulsion of vanilla crème brûlée, with mango ice cream.
Plancha-grilled yellow pollock, courgette in basil pesto flavoured with saffron, dodder.
