This place, known and loved by those in the know, offers up tasty vegetarian and organic dishes under high ceilings in an interior straight out of the 50’s and 60’s. You’ll enter this restaurant, serene in the knowledge that seasonal tagines and risottos, copious salads, as well as true Indian dishes (Fridays) await. All this is sublimated by quality ingredients from farms in the Loire-Atlantique and Vendée regions. From time to time, Gilles Daveau, THE local organic caterer, offers lessons in vegetarian cooking.
