On the banks of the Loire, a traditional well-designed menu using seasonal and local ingredients (pike-perch au beurre blanc, eel, frog’s legs, etc.) sprinkled with more contemporary twists: marbré de foie gras, artichokes and langoustines, mesclun (mixed greens) with roast hazelnuts, cream of green peas and fresh mint. Small but bold gestures that are enhanced by the excellent selection of Loire wines. Choose the upper-floor dining room for the view of the river and the Eiffel bridge.
